ピートがモニカのためにレストランを提供してくれる話をレイチェルに語るモニカ。
モニカ: I mean this has been, like, my dream since I got my first Easy-Bake Oven and opened Easy-Monica's Bakery. I mean I would kill for this job. I mean I can totally do this job, and God knows, I've paid my dues. (She removes her fake breasts) But Pete's just doing this because he has a crush on me. （これはずっと、ほら、私が初めてイージー・ベイク・オーブンを買って、イージー・モニカズ・ベーカリー［モニカの簡単パン屋さん］を開店して以来の私の夢だったのよ。この仕事のためならどんなことでもするわ。私はこの仕事をきちんとやることができるわ。そして、神様はご存知よ、私が今までずっと下積みの経験をしてきたことを。［モニカはニセ胸を取り外す］ でも、私のことを好きだから、ピートはただこんなことをしているのよ。）

Easy-bake Oven というのは、有名なおもちゃのようです。

これは、おもちゃの会社 Hasbro 社のサイトです。
トップページにも Since 1963 と書いてありますので、Easy-bake Oven は歴史のあるおもちゃのようですね。
モニカが小さい頃からあった、というのと話が合います。

Wikipedia 英語版: Easy-Bake Oven には、a working toy oven と書いてありますので、「実際に使えるおもちゃのオーブン」ということですね。
そのオーブンには、packets of pastry mix and small round pans つまり、ペストリー（パン菓子）の粉と小さな丸い皿がついてきて、それで本物のペストリーを作ることができるようです。
横にあるスロットからその皿を入れて焼き上げるようですね。
（ここではリンクははりませんが） YouTube では、Commercial を見ることもできました。

(would) kill for は「…のためなら何でもする」。
kill は「殺す」ですから、「…のためなら、殺しという犯罪さえも行う、人殺しさえする」みたいなニュアンスだろうと思います。
LDOCE (Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English) では、
would/could kill for something: also would kill to do something
to want something so much that you will do almost anything to get it or do it
つまり、「何かを手に入れるためなら、またはそれをするためなら、ほとんどどんなことでもするであろうほど、何かを非常に欲しいと思うこと。」

God knows には「神のみぞ知る、誰も知らない」という意味と、「神様は…ということを知っている、誓って…である、確かに…である」という意味があります。
「神のみぞ知る」の場合は、God only knows の形で使われることが多いでしょうか。
今回の場合は、「神様は知っている」という文字通りの意味の方でしょうね。

LDOCE (Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English) では、
God (only) knows: (spoken)
b) used to emphasize what you are saying
例） God knows, it hasn't been easy.
つまり、「自分が言っていることを強調するために使う」。
例文は、「確かに・誓って、それは簡単ではなかった。」

今回のセリフも、「神様がご存知のように、確かに、誓って」と、I've paid my dues. ということを強調しているのですね。

pay one's dues は「（一人前になるために）一生懸命働いて経験を積む、下積みの経験をする」。
フレンズ2-10その2、フレンズ3-11その11 にも出てきました。
God knows, I've paid my dues. と言いながら、モニカはニセの胸（パッド）を取り出しています。
こんな恥ずかしい格好してまで私は頑張ってきたのよ、それは神様もご存知のはずよ、というニュアンスなのでしょうね。


[Scene: Chandler and Joey's, Chandler is talking to Phoebe about her suggestion.]
チャンドラーとジョーイの部屋。チャンドラーはフィービーの提案（ダイナーの従業員がローラースケートをはいたらいい、という提案）について話をしている。
チャンドラー: So, um, after you put the suggestion in the box, how long did it take for the roller skating thing to happen? （それで、その箱［ご意見箱］にフィービーがその提案を入れてから、ローラースケートのやつが実行されるまでどれくらいかかった？）
フィービー: Umm, oh, about three months. （うーんと、そうね、３ヶ月くらいね。）

ジョーイ: It's cute, huh? （かわいいだろ、な？）
フィービー: Whoa-whoa-whoa, you guys? Do you know anything about chicks? （ちょっと、ちょっと、ちょっと、あなたたち。あなたたちは、chicks について何か知っているの？）
チャンドラー: Fowl? No. Women? Nooo. （鳥の chicks について？ 知らない。女性の chicks について？ 知らない…。）

フィービーのローラースケートの提案が３ヶ月で採用されたと聞いて、トップレスの提案が受け入れられて、その企画が始まるまであと２週間くらいだな、とチャンドラーは言っています。
kick in は「始まる、作動する」。
LDOCE (Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English) では、
kick in (phrasal verb): (informal) to start or to begin to have an effect
つまり、「始まること、または効果・効力を生じ始めること」。

チャンドラーのセリフの the topless thing は、「あの、例のトップレスの提案」というニュアンスです。
俺の提案とか、俺がそういう意見を提案したんだけど、とは言わずに、the topless thing が２週間後に始まるな、と言っているのが面白い、そのセリフから、チャンドラーが「従業員はトップレス（上半身裸）で仕事して欲しい」という提案を入れたことがわかるという仕組みです。

ヒヨコを買って来たジョーイに、生き物を飼うことは大変なのに、ヒヨコの育て方や習性についてあなたは何か知っているの？ 何も知らないでいきなり生き物を飼うなんて無茶よ、みたいなことをフィービーは言いたいようです。

chicks について何か知ってる？と問われて、チャンドラーが返した返事が面白いですね。
chick という単語はフレンズでこれまで何度も登場していますが、chick = chicken で、「ニワトリ、ヒヨコ」という意味と、「若い女性」という意味とがあります。（ヒヨコに限らず、「ひな鳥」という意味もあるようです。）

LDOCE (Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English) では、
chick:
1. a baby bird
2. (informal) a word meaning a young woman, that some people think is offensive
つまり、1. は「鳥の赤ちゃん」、2. は、「若い女性を意味する言葉、それを侮辱的だと思う人もいる。」

offensive （侮辱的な、無礼な）と感じる人もいるようなので、女性の相手に対して面と向かって使う言葉ではないでしょうが、フレンズの男性陣が、女性に関する話をしている時に、chick という表現はよく出てきますよね。
チャンドラーのセリフは、chick に「ニワトリのひな鳥であるヒヨコ」という本来の意味と、「若い娘（こ）」という意味の両方があるのを知っていると笑える、というか、それを知らないと笑えない、ということになります。

fowl は「家禽（かきん）（アヒル、七面鳥など）。特に鶏（ニワトリ）。」
ニワトリやヒヨコの方の chick については知らないなぁ、と言った後、次に、Women? と言っています。
その Women? は「じゃ、女の子のほうは？」と気取ったダンディーな声で言うのですが、その後、自信なさげな声で、ノオォォ〜と声が揺らいでいます。
「鶏やヒヨコのことは知らないが、女の子のことなら…」と、さも女性なら知ってるよ、と言いそうな流れだったのに、「やっぱり、女の子のことも知らない」と、モテないチャンドラーの自虐的で自己嫌悪的なオチだった、ということです。

I just watched this episode this morning on TV! Did you notice that when Monica says "Easy Monica's Bakery" the crowd laughs for a while? I wondered if non-native English speakers would understand why they laughed!

The reason it's funny is because "Easy Monica" gives the implication that it's easy for men to sleep with her!! Her seeming oblivious to this made it even more funny :)

Thank you for giving me valuable information.
I thought that Easy-Monica's Bakery was just named after Easy-Bake Oven. But the fact is that "Easy Monica"implies that it's easy for men to sleep with her, which makes this line much funnier, right? I totally understand now. Thank you for your explanation, which is so clear and so Easy to understand! ;-)

You were right to think that she gave herself that name because of the Easy-Bake Oven. I'm sure that as a child she didn't know of this hidden meaning. I think even some adult natives might not know it! But now you do, so maybe you are in some ways even more 'native-like' now hehe :)

Now I totally agree with your opinion that she used the name Easy-Monica's Bakery without knowing this hidden meaning when she was a child. Because of your explanation, now I know the meaning some adult natives might not know! Thank you so much for making me this 'native-like.' ;-)

One of my English-leaning friends in Japan recommended Urban Dictionary for me, like, 6 years ago. I often use Urban Dictionary, especially when I can't find the proper definition in the standard dictionary, like, Longman or Macmillan.
Even though that rude language is used in the definition, I find the dictionary so useful because it has a lot of slang I can't find in the English-Japanese dictionary.
